What is your return policy?
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. In a resaleable condition.Please contact us before you send the product by email at contact@highrgy.com or by phone at +1 (360)518-0087.In most cases, the protective vest is loose and fits most body types. If the product has any defects, you can contact us through WhatsApp or email on the right side.
Return shipping fee and return address.
We offer free returns. Please contact us before mailing the items for confirmation, and we will provide you with the nearest return address.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
we can trigger a refund immediately. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process it into your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
If you return your item(s) by home collection or post, please allow up to two weeks for postage time – as soon as we have it we’ll start the refund. It may take 5-7 days to appear in your account (depending on your bank). We’re not able to track progress of the refund once it’s been put through, but don’t worry
DO I HAVE TO RETURN FREE GIFT VOUCHERS OR SPECIAL OFFER PRODUCTS?
You’ll need to send back any freebies, special offer/ discounted products you got in conjunction with the original item. Otherwise, we’ll have to take it off the refund amount, sorry… For example, if you bought 2 items costing €5 each on a buy 2 for €8 offer and return only one, we’ll charge you €5 for the one you kept and refund you €3.
