1. Buyers should send us their company’s logo or text for a digital mock-up and a quotation.
2.  We will create a digital mock-up for approval before issuing Commercial Invoices to Buyers
3. Buyers can activate orders by completing the payment process provided in the invoices. Depending on the printing instructions and inventory availability, the printing process usually takes 2 to 3 business days to complete.
4. We will deliver the final products from our factory to your shipping address, either by DHL Express, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Overseas shipping will take 12 to 15 days to complete.
5. The exchange policy does not apply to custom orders, but we will provide refunds for items with manufacturing issues.
